19 Troubleshooting
There is an electrical fault. ► Remove battery and reinsert it.
► Switch on the brushcutter.
The runtime of the
brushcutter is too
short.
The battery is not fully
charged.
► Recharge the battery fully as described in the User
Manual for the STIHL AL 101, 300, 500 chargers.
The battery life has been
exceeded.
► Replace battery.
The power levels
cannot be set.
The trigger is depressed
and the brushcutter
switched on.
► Release the trigger and hold only the trigger
lockout depressed.
► Select the power level as described in this User
Manual.
