Check the blade disk for damage and wear.

If the wear marks (1) are worn through,
creating a hole, replace the blade disk.

Check the plug (2) of the diagnostic socket
for damage and tight fit.
20.2 Replacing blades
WARNING
■ The cutting edges of the blades are sharp.
There is a risk of cutting oneself.
► Wear work gloves made of robust material.
► Stop the robot mower and activate the device
lock.
► Grab the robot mower at the front grip sur‐
face (1) and the rear grip surface (2).
► Turn the robot mower on its back.
► Press and hold the lever (3).
► Rotate the nut (4) counterclockwise until it can
be removed.
► Remove the nut (4).
► Remove the blade disk (5).
► Push the blade carrier (6) in the direction indi‐
cated by the arrow .
The blade carrier (6) is unlocked.
► Remove the blade carrier (6).
► Detach all old blades (7).
