Installing
: Push the shutter (1) into the
guide until it snaps into place.
: Push the retainer (1) with fuel
pump into the guide as far as
stop.
: Position the hose clip (2) so that
its locking tabs face the air guide
shroud and press it into its seat.
– Use STIHL press fluid to simplify
assembly,

: Fit the fuel return hose (1)
through the opening (arrow) from
the underside of the air guide
shroud.
The fuel suction hose must locate
properly in the bore.
: Align the fuel suction hose (1) so
that the flange is seated in the
guide (arrow).
: Fit the fuel hose (1) through the
opening (arrow) from the
underside of the air guide shroud.

: Push the air guide shroud (1) into
its seats (arrows).
: Press the air guide shroud (1)
into its seat until the tab (2) snaps
into place.
: To simplify assembly, lift the
bottom of the air guide shroud (2)
slightly during the following steps.
: Push the tab (1) towards the
clutch side and under the edge of
the housing (arrow).
