: Take out the screw (1) - the
plastic sleeve (2) is pushed off in
the process.
– Remove the plastic sleeve (2).
: Pull out the handlebar
stiffener (1).
– Check handlebar heating and
replace handlebar if necessary,

Installing
During all the following procedures:
: Insulating tubes must be
centered on the pin and socket
connectors and cover them
completely
to avoid the risk of a short circuit.
: Push the pin and socket
connector together
– overall length of connector
'a' = max. 30 mm.
: Push home the handlebar
stiffener (1) as far as stop.

: Insert and tighten down the
screw (1) firmly.
: Push on the plastic sleeve (2)
until it snaps into position.
When installing the handlebar make
sure the wires to the handlebar are
long enough
– the wires may be damaged if they
are constantly under strain.
To obtain the correct wire length, fit
the handlebar in its seat first, then
lay the wires.
: Fit the handlebar (1) over the
machine as far as the
seat (arrow).
