Install the retainer (1),

: Straighten the wire (2) and fit it
between the crankcase and tank
housing.
: Push the handlebar (1) into its
seat (arrows)
– do not pinch the wires.
: Position the wire (1) in the upper
guide (arrows).
Lay the wires without loops and
snugly against the housing.
: Fit the insulating hose (2).

: Push the pin and socket
connector together.
: Push the insulating tube (1) over
the connector.
: Push the wire fully into the
guide (arrows).
: Push the pin and socket
connector with insulating tube (1)
into the guide (arrows).

: Install the wiring harness (1),

: Push the retainer (1) into the seat
so that the wires with insulating
tube (2) locate in the
guide (arrow).
Make sure that the wires are not
pinched.
The peg (1) must engage the seat
(arrow).
