(B) Programmed cooking
In programmed mode [ P ] you can choose from 8 auto (programmed)
cooking programs, which have set cooking times and temperatures (see the
table on page 22 for details).
Press the FUNCTION [ F ] button TWICE. The programmed cooking symbol
[P] will start ashing on the display.
Press and hold the FUNCTION UP/DOWN selector / button until the
desired auto cooking program appears. A suggested temperature is set and
appears on the temperature display. If the suggested temperature is not
changed within approximately ve seconds, the oven begins to heat up.
To change the suggested oven temperature, press the PLUS/MINUS
[+/- ] button while [ P ] is ashing, until the desired oven temperature is
selected, then press the [ OK ] button. Please note that the setting range for
temperature and time is limited for the auto cooking programs.
To change the oven function, press the FUNCTION [ F ] button TWICE and
repeat the above steps.
To check which function and temperature has been set, press a FUNCTION
UP/DOWN selector / button.
Automatic (programmed) cooking programs
P--1 - Keep warm
This program is for keeping cooked food hot and crispy; it will not activate if the
temperature in the oven is above 65°C. Place food on the middle shelf.
P--2 - Rising
This program is for optimal rising of sweet or savoury dough. To safeguard the
quality of proving, the function will not activate if the temperature in the oven is
above 40°C. Place the dough on the second shelf. The oven does not have to
be preheated.
P--3 - Toasting bread
This program is for toasting slices of bread. Place them on the fourth or fth
shelf, and turn over the slices if browning on both sides is required. The oven
does not have to be preheated. During the cooking the oven door must remain
closed.
P--4 - Pizza
This setting is for baking different types of pizza. Place the dough on the second
shelf after preheating the oven.
