for the Product and supersedes any prior agreement or
representation made in any STONEX

sales document or advice that may be
provided to Customer by any STONEX

representative in connection with
Customer’s purchase of the Product. No change to the conditions of this
Limited Warranty is valid unless it is made in written form and signed by an
authorized STONEX

supervisor.
