• Apply heavy duty adhesive (like Liquid Nails) generously to both layers of insulation and glue
the second layer of insulation.
• Apply pressure on your panels evenly and all around to ensure proper contact. As done with
the first layer of insulation, fill all gaps with spray foam insulation and tape all joints with 2-
1/2" wide foil HVAC tape
• It is HIGHLY recommended to brace your ceiling while the adhesive dries and cures to
ensure that your panels are properly installed and will not sag or fall down.
