11. How to Change Wear Parts
We recommend regular maintenance of the machine to ensure the ideal workings of your STOROpack
AIRmove². With your care and maintenance, you can ensure that the best possible packaging process is
provided. Only about 10 minutes are required for maintenance and no prior technical knowledge.
1. To exchange the injector: First
make sure you disconnect from the
power supply.
Turn the unlock knob clockwise to
unlock the top sealing unit.
2. Now the top sealing unit can be
moved.
3. Loosen the covers using the
enclosed allen key.
4. Keep the top sealing unit open.
5. Pull the injector to the right side.
As there is a knife attached to the
injector be very careful while
changing it!!!
6. Take it out of the machine and
insert a new one. Turn unlock knob
counter clockwise to lock the top
sealing unit. Always make sure that
the knob is locked to ensure a good
seal quality! As there is a knife
