Fehlerbeschreibung
:
– Monitor bleibt dunkel.
Mögliche Ursachen:
– OR1™ control oder AIDA control läuft nicht.
– Steckernetzteil nicht eingesteckt
– Verbindung zum Steuerrechner unterbrochen.
Abhilfe
:
– Verkabelung PC-Verbindungskabel zwischen
dem INTERFACE II und
AIDA control/OR1™ control kontrollieren.
– Monitor Verbindungen , , kontrollieren
(siehe Seiten A 1/2).
Fehlerbeschreibung:
– AIDA meldet sich nicht am SCB System an.
Mögliche Ursachen:
– AIDA control läuft nicht.
– Netzwerkverbindung zwischen OR1™ control
und AIDA control unterbrochen.
– KARL STORZ Application Manager (SAM.exe)
ist nicht gestartet oder falsch konfiguriert.
Abhilfe:
– Prüfen, ob der AIDA control läuft.
– Prüfen der Netzwerkverbindung.
– Prüfen, ob SAM gestartet wurde und richtig
konfiguriert ist.
Hinweis: Um diese Punkte zu prüfen, kann auf
OR1™ control das Programm AIDAInterface (->
Maintenance Manager -> Andere KARL STORZ
Programme starten -> AIDAInterface II) gestartet
werden. Vorausgesetzt die Konsolenumschaltung
funktioniert, kann damit zu AIDA control umge-
schaltet und die obigen Punkte geprüft werden.
Troubleshooting
Symptom
:
– Monitor stays dark.
Possible causes:
– OR1™ control or AIDA control is not running.
– AC adapter is not connected
– Connection to the control computer interrupt-
ed.
Remedy:
– Check PC interconnection cable between
INTERFACE II and OR1™ control and
AIDA control.
– Check monitor connections , , (see
pages A 1/2).
Symptom:
– AIDA does not register on the SCB system.
Possible causes:
– AIDA control is not running.
– The network connection between OR1™
control and AIDA control interrupted.
– KARL STORZ Application Manager (SAM.exe)
has either not been started or is incorrectly
configured.
Remedy:
– Check whether AIDA control is running.
– Check the network connection.
– Check whether SAM has been started and is
correctly configured.
Note: To check these points, the AIDAInterface
program (-> Maintenance Manager -> Start other
KARL STORZ programs -> AIDA Interface II) can
be started on OR1™ control. Provided that the
console switchover functions, you can change to
AIDA control and check the above points.

Descripción del error:
– AIDA no se registra en el sistema SCB.
Causas posibles:
– El AIDA control no está en marcha.
– La conexión en red entre el OR1™ control y el
AIDA control está interrumpida.
– KARL STORZ Application Manager (SAM.exe)
no se ha iniciado o ha sido incorrectamente
configurado.
Solución:
– Verifique si el AIDA control está en marcha.
– Compruebe la conexión en red.
– Verifique si SAM se ha iniciado y ha sido
correctamente configurado.
Nota: Para verificar estos puntos se puede arran-
car el programa AIDAInterface (-> Maintenance
Manager -> Iniciar otros programas
KARL STORZ -> AIDAInterface II) en el OR1™
control. Presuponiendo que la conmutación de
consola funcione, puede entonces conmutarse al
AIDA control y verificar los puntos enumerados
más arriba.
