Put on protective gloves, remove specific screws, and loosen an adjustment screw.
Remove the print block cover, then detach the support print head card and loosen thumb screws.
Hold the print head, press thumb screws, and remove it along with O-ring seals.
Protect print head from UV light if re-installing or discard according to regulations.
Ensure O-ring seals are on the print head and align it correctly in the positioning jig.
Push jig upwards at marked points and tighten print head thumb screws.
Attach the print head card to the print block and remove the positioning jig.
Install the print block cover and insert/tighten specified screws.
Remove the model print head card and loosen the print head thumb screws.
Hold the print head, press thumb screws, remove it, and ensure O-ring seals are taken.
Protect the model print head from UV light if re-installing, or discard it properly.
Confirm O-ring seals are installed on the print head and align it in the positioning jig.
Push the jig upwards at marked locations and tighten the model print head thumb screws.
Press the model print head card firmly to attach it and remove the jig.
