3.4 Unloading Space
Inordertoselectthecorrecttypeoftrucktodelivertheprinter,the
presenceorabsenceofaloadingdockatthecustomersitemustbe
identified.
Checktheroutefromtheunloadinglocationtotheinstallationlocation
andmakesuretherearenoobstructions.
3.5 Unloading Assistance
Thecustomermustprovideprofessionalunloaderstounloadthepallets
andtransferthemtothesite.Theunloaderswillassistthedistributor’s
personnelinunpackingtheequipment.
3.6 Training
Aftertheinstallationofthe3‐Dprintingsystem,anauthorizedStratasys
customersupportengineerwilltrainanoperatorandsupervisethe
operationoftheprinter(1½workdays).Theprinteroperatorneedstobe
availableduringtheentireinstallationandtrainingperiod—twowork
days.
