• 3/8” hex wrench
• 7/16” wrench
• 5/32” hex wrench
• Bungee cords
PPrroocceedduurree::
1. Place 150 to 200 lb on the litter.
2. Raise the litter to the highest position.
3. Raise the base hood and support the base hood with bungee cords.
4. Using a 3/8” hex wrench and a 5/32” hex wrench, loosen the pedal linkage adjustment nut until the jack stops drifting.
5. Raise the litter to the highest position.
6. Tighten the pedal linkage adjustment nut until the jack begins to slowly descend.
7. Using a 7/16” wrench, back the pedal linkage adjustment nut out four full turns.
8. Raise the litter to the highest position.
9. Loosen the pedal linkage adjustment nut and make sure that the jack does not drift. If the jack drifts, repeat this
procedure.
10.Verify proper operation before you return the product to service.
