• Phillips screwdriver

1. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the Phillips screw, washer, and plastic insert on the support.
2. Remove the foot support toward the foot end of the product through the pivot assembly.
3. Reverse steps to install the supplied foot support.
4. Verify proper operation before you return the product to service.

• 7/16” open end wrench
PPrroocceedduurree::
1. Using a 7/16” open end wrench, remove the two 7/16” Nylock hex nuts and two carriage bolts that hold the pivot
assembly to the litter.
2. Remove the two 1/2” Nylock nuts and the two hex head bolts that go through the foot end litter bracket.
3. Tap the hex bolts toward the center of the product to access to the pivot assembly.
4. Reverse steps to install the supplied foot support pivot assembly.
5. Verify proper operation before you return the product to service.

PPrroocceedduurree::
1. Raise the litter to the highest position.
2. Remove the foot support (see
Foot support replacement
(page 23)).
3. Remove the foot support pivot assembly (see
Foot support pivot assembly removal and replacement
(page 23)).
4. Remove the pivot mount to access the two pop rivets that hold the mount teeth to the pivot mount.
5. Using a drill, drill out the two pop rivets.
6. Using a pop rivet gun, install the supplied pop rivets to secure the pivot teeth.
7. Remove the two Torx screws that hold the mount teeth plate.
8. Install the supplied mount teeth plate.
9. Reverse steps to reassemble the pivot assembly and foot support.
10.Verify proper operation before you return the product to service.
