Setting Up the Footswitch
If the optional footswitch is selected for use:
1. Connect Footswitch Cable to the Footswitch connector on the front
panel of the Generator (See Figure 5).

2. The Footswitch indicator, on the front panel, will illuminate following
proper connection.
Note To unplug the Footswitch from the Generator, grasp the knobbed
portion of the connector and pull straight out.
Note Before operating the SERFAS Energy System, ensure that all
components have been set up according to the instructions in the
Setting up the SERFAS Energy System section of this manual. Be
sure that all components are functioning properly, that all
indicators are lit as appropriate, and that tone sounds during
system self-test.
