The warranty periods for components of SERFAS Energy are as follows:
SERFAS Energy Generator
1 year from shipment date
Footswitch
90 days from shipment date
Probes
Single Use Only
Caution Never open the SERFAS Energy Generator or attempt any
service not described in this manual.
Service and Claims
If service is needed either during or after the warranty period:
1. Contact Stryker at 1-800-624-4422 or phone your local Stryker sales
representative
2. Package all the components carefully in the original shipping container
if possible
3. Ship SERFAS Energy, pre-paid and insured to:
Stryker Endoscopy Customer Service
Attn: Repair Department
Note Stryker reserves the right to make improvements in the
product(s) described herein. Product(s) therefore may not agree
in detail to the published design or specifications. All
specifications are subject to change without notice. Please contact
your local Stryker Distributor or call your local Stryker sales
representative or agent for information on changes and new
products.
