Read input registers (0x04)
With this function it’s possible to read the value of the input/output analog channels.
The value is sent by two bytes, the first one is the MSB.
All the values are multiplied by 10. To get the real value it is necessary dividing by 10. For example, if the value of the
parameter at address 1 is 115, the real value will be 11.5.
