17.3 Rear Wheel Installation
1. Align the flat on the axle with the drop-out, the cable must exit downward.
2. Tighten NDS motor lock nut with an 8mm Allen key, torque to 35Nm.
3. Install the drive side torque washer nut (SKU: 81229), aligning the shoulder
with the NDS washer.
4. Install the drive side motor lock nut (SKU: 81228) and tighten with an 8mm
Allen key, torque to 35Nm.
5. Install the chainstay wire clip (SKU: 81239), using the M3 x 10mm flat head cap
screw (SKU: 81252), hand tighten and do not apply grease.
6. Connect the motor cable to the battery, align both arrows on the connector.
7. Push the connector into the chainstay, you can pull from the BB hole to help.
8. Clip the cable in the cable clip contouring the brake bolts.
Adjust PAS sensor distance: Distance
from PAS sensor to magnet must be
between 2 and 5mm. Hand tighten
the screw.
