11-12-2) X-Axis Timing Belt
① Push the frame plate fully to the right ([Fig.11-22]). Check the drive belt tension on X-axis using the sound
wave tension gauge.
② Tension on the X-axis timing belt should measure as below on the sound wave measurer when you pluck the
middle of the belt with your finger.
③ Input data for the sound wave tension measurer:
11-12-3) Timing Belt on Main Shaft Motor
① Tension on the timing belt of the main shaft motor should measure as below on the sound wave measurer when
you pluck the middle of the belt with your finger.
② Input data for the sound wave tension measurer:
④ Unscrew LM block plate. Turn the tension bolts to
adjust the tension. Turn clockwise to increase and
counterclockwise to decrease the tension.
