Why is the hydraulic pump noisy and the pipeline vibratory in my SUNWARD Excavators?
    • K
      Katie CaldwellAug 17, 2025
The noisy hydraulic pump and vibratory pipeline in your SUNWARD Excavators can be caused by several factors. It could be a hydraulic malfunction, in which case you should consult with your dealer. Another cause can be an air bubble in the hydraulic system, so check for air leakage at the oil pump inlet pipeline. Also, aging hydraulic oil, degenerative oil mixed with moisture, or using the wrong brand and specification can produce bubbles, so consider replacing the oil. Finally, low hydraulic oil temperature and high viscidity of hydraulic oil can cause this issue, so run the engine at low revs and warm it up.

What to do if control levers don’t work or work slowly on SUNWARD Excavators?
    • J
      justinjohnsonAug 20, 2025
If the control levers on your SUNWARD Excavators are not working or working slowly, several factors could be the cause. If the machine has been out of use for a long time, air may have separated from the oil and floated in the pilot control pipeline and hydraulic cylinder. To resolve this, operate the control levers several times. It could also be due to no pressure or exceeding pressure in the pilot system, so check the hydraulic control system, low-pressure relief valve, and gear pump. Low hydraulic oil temperature and high viscosity of hydraulic oil can also be a factor, so warm up the machine. In case of hydraulic pump malfunction or main safety relief valve malfunction, consult with your dealer.

What to do if the hydraulic oil temperature rises too fast or becomes too high in SUNWARD SWE20F 2019?
    • B
      Bobby EwingAug 22, 2025
If the hydraulic oil temperature in your SUNWARD Excavators rises too fast or becomes too high, it could be due to dirt on the surface of the oil cooler, so you should clean it. Another reason may be the wear of hydraulic parts and reduction of the cubage efficiency, in that case, contact the dealer. Also, frequent opening of the overfall valve and overload valve due to over digging or overloading can cause this, so change the digging method.

Why is one track not working or moving slowly on my SUNWARD SWE20F 2019 Excavators?
    • E
      erika52Aug 26, 2025
If one track of your SUNWARD Excavators doesn’t work or moves very slowly, causing serious deflection of traveling, it could be due to several reasons. It may be caused by control pilot valve malfunction, in that case you should repair it. The corresponding commutator valve and stop valve may also be malfunctioning, or there could be center connector seal damage, hydraulic motor malfunction, travel redactor fault, or unequal displacement of the two-gang hydraulic pump, in all of these cases you should consult with the dealer.

What causes a cylinder to not work or work slowly in SUNWARD Excavators?
    • K
      Kelsey DelgadoAug 28, 2025
A cylinder in your SUNWARD Excavators might not work or work slowly due to several reasons: a malfunctioning corresponding pilot valve (repair it), a malfunctioning corresponding commutator valve (consult with your dealer), a malfunctioning corresponding overload valve (consult with your dealer), a damaged hydraulic cylinder pole (consult with your dealer), or damaged hydraulic cylinder interior seals (replace oil seals).

What to do if the slewing platform doesn’t slew, slews slowly, or slews not smoothly on SUNWARD SWE20F 2019?
    • B
      Bailey RamirezAug 31, 2025
If the slewing platform on your SUNWARD Excavators doesn’t slew, slews slowly, or slews not smoothly, it could be due to a corresponding pilot valve malfunction (repair it), hydraulic motor malfunction (consult with your dealer), slewing retarder malfunction (consult with your dealer), slewing bearing malfunction (repair it), or the need to add lubricant grease into the slewing bearing (add lubricant grease).
