Why SUNWARD SWE215F-5 engine fails to make full use of power?
    • C
      Carrie RileyAug 20, 2025
If your SUNWARD Excavators engine isn't using its full power, the problem could stem from a clogged air filter, fuel piping issues, incorrect or polluted fuel, a clogged fuel filter, a polluted or malfunctioning ejection oil nozzle, or an out-of-spec eject pump linkage clearance. You can try cleaning or replacing the filter, clearing any blockages or replacing the fuel piping, draining the old fuel and adding proper fuel, bleeding air from the fuel system, or contacting your distributor.

How to fix SUNWARD SWE215F-5 engine that runs but is hard to start?
    • R
      Robert AcostaAug 22, 2025
If your SUNWARD Excavators engine runs but struggles or fails to start, possible causes include running out of fuel, using the wrong type or brand of fuel, fuel pollution, wiring issues, insufficient battery power, a clogged air or fuel filter, internal fuel system leaks, a faulty fuel manual pump spring, air in the fuel system, or a starting engine malfunction. Suggested solutions are: add fuel, bleed the air from the fuel system, drain the off-grade fuel and fill with proper fuel, check the starting circuit and clear the problem, charge or replace the battery, clean or replace the air or fuel filter, bleed air in the fuel system using the manual pump, check and repair leaks, push down and secure the hand wheel, and replace the start motor.

What to do if SUNWARD SWE215F-5 engine is overheating?
    • R
      Richard DuranAug 25, 2025
If your SUNWARD Excavators engine is overheating, it could be due to several reasons: the coolant level is too low, the wrong coolant is being used, the thermostat is defective, the temperature monitoring element is defective, the radiator is clogged, the fan is defective, the fan belt is worn out or loose, the belt pulley is defective, the cooling system is defective, the temperature sensor is defective, the ejection oil pump is unpunctual or the separator sponge has peeled off. You can try the following solutions: add coolant, replace with specified coolant, clean up radiator and front strainer, replace fan, adjust fan belt or replace it, replace belt pulley, clean up cooling system, change temperature sensor or replace separator sponge.

Why is the hydraulic oil overheating in my SUNWARD SWE215F-5 Excavators?
    • D
      dianeweaverAug 26, 2025
If the hydraulic oil in your SUNWARD Excavators is overheating, it could be due to improper oil, low hydraulic oil level, polluted hydraulic oil, radiator clogging, filter clogging, pump suction pipe leakage, main pump wear out, or safety valve improper adjustment on hydraulic element. You can try using proper hydraulic oil, add hydraulic oil to reach specified scale level, filter or drain out and refill with proper oil, clean radiator and front drainer or clean or replace filter.

Why charging indicator illuminates while SUNWARD SWE215F-5 Excavators engine is running?
    • G
      Gary PerezAug 28, 2025
If the charging indicator illuminates while your SUNWARD Excavators engine is running, it may be due to a loosened or damaged engine belt, a worn-out belt pulley, engine damage, a defective charging circuit, or low battery voltage. Try adjusting or replacing the engine belt, replacing the belt pulley, checking and repairing the charging circuit, or charging or replacing the battery.

Why is the exhaust gas black on my SUNWARD SWE215F-5?
    • A
      ahayesAug 29, 2025
If the exhaust gas from your SUNWARD Excavators is black, exceeding the standard, it may be due to improper fuel, a clogged intake system, intake piping damage, intercooler clogging, an unpunctual ejection oil pump, a polluted ejection nozzle, or a defective engine main block/body. Try draining out the improper fuel and replace with proper fuel or check the intake system and replace/clean up the intercooler.

Why is the hydraulic function slow on my SUNWARD SWE215F-5 Excavators?
    • S
      Sydney ColonSep 1, 2025
If the hydraulic function on your SUNWARD Excavators is slow, it could be due to a low hydraulic oil level, low hydraulic oil temperature, using the wrong oil type for the ambient temperature, low engine revs, main pump wear out, pilot oil circuit malfunction, or a blocked main suction oil pump. You can try adding hydraulic oil until the specified level is reached, warming up the operation until the hydraulic temperature reaches around 50 degrees, or adjusting engine revs.

What causes too much engine oil consumption in SUNWARD SWE215F-5 Excavators?
    • S
      Susan BrightSep 2, 2025
Excessive oil consumption in your SUNWARD Excavators engine can stem from using the wrong type of engine oil, oil leakages, excessively high engine temperature, or worn internal engine parts. To address this, drain the current oil and replace it with the specified type, inspect the oil delivery system for leaks and repair them, or check the cooling system.

How to troubleshoot turbocharger noise in SUNWARD Excavators?
    • S
      Stephanie GainesSep 6, 2025
Turbocharger noise or excessive vibration in SUNWARD Excavators can be caused by insufficient lubrication of bearings, broken turbine blades, worn-out bearings, piping leakage, or improper clearance between the turbine and its case. You can check turbocharger lubricate piping or remove the exhaust pipe and air intake hose for inspection or check piping and repair.
