Switch configurations can be saved to a file either in local flash memory or to a remote TFTP server.
Follow the steps below to write an existing switch configuration to a file.
Step Command Description
address/filename|usb:filename}
configuration to a file in the local flash
memory, in a remote TFTP server or in
the external USB memory.
filename – name of the configuration
file.
from local flash memory.

external USB memory is available only in SSE
switches.
