SATA Mode Selection
Use this item to select the mode for the installed SATA drives. The options are AHCI and RAID.
Aggressive LPM (Link Power Management) Support
When this item is set to Enabled, the SATA AHCI controller manages the power usage of the
SATA link. The controller will put the link in a low power mode during extended periods of I/O
inactivity, and will return the link to an active state when I/O activity resumes. The options
are Enabled and Disabled.
SATA Frozen
Use thia feature to enable the HDD Security Frozen Mode. The options are Disabled and
Enabled.
SATA Port 0 ~ 1
Port
Use this feature to enable of disable the specied SATA port. The options are Disabled and
Enabled.
SATA Port Hot Plug
This feature designates the SATA port specied for hot plugging. Set this item to Enabled for
hot-plugging support, which will allow the user to replace a SATA disk drive without shutting
down the system. The options are Enabled and Disabled.
Spin Up Device
When the value of an edge detect or the value of an image binary (pixel) of a device is from
0 to 1, select Enabled to allow the PCH to start a COMRESET initialization sequence on this
device. The options are Enabled and Disabled.
SATA Device Type
Use this item to specify if the SATA port specied by the user should be connected to a Solid
State drive or a Hard Disk Drive. The options are Hard Disk Drive and Solid State Drive.
SATA Port DevSlp
DEVSLP is a signal that is sent to a SATA disk drive to tell it to enter a very low power state.
The options are Disabled and Enabled.
Trusted Computing
Security Device Support
If this feature and the TPM jumper on the motherboard are both set to Enabled, onboard
security devices will be enabled for TPM (Trusted Platform Module) support to enhance data
integrity and network security. Reboot the system for a change on this setting to take effect.
The options are Disable and Enable.
