The corresponding LED of the annunciator group
LAMP TYPE is ON. Choose the 350W exposure
lamp by actuating the key labeled with
+ or -
Now the LED adjacent to the 350W is ON. Validate
with key SET LAMP (press button for 2 sec) An au
-
dible „beep“ is heard. The alphanumeric display
shows consecutively the message:
STORED
then
L:RESET?
4.4.1. Reset Lamp Hours
Now you can choose two ways to go on:
• Reset the lamp life of the lamp or
• leave the stored hours of the lamp in the
memory.
Warning!
The operating hour meter in the CIC is
a safety feature of the power supply. If
used adequately it prevents overshoot
-
ing of the lamp lifetime. Overstretching
the lamp duty causes in general heavy
degradation of lamp performance. The
risk for lamp explosion rises strongly
when the rated lifetime is heavily over
-
run.
Reset the counter to zero only when in-
stalling a brand new lamp.
Exchange lamps according to the oper-
ating hour meter and to appropriate rat-
ed lifetime of each lamp type (see also
section 4.1.1)
RESET Lamp Life
To reset the lamp life press + or - key.
The ? disappears form the display. Confirm with
SET LAMP.
The counter for the total lamp hours is set to zero.
The display shows:
STORED
and then automatically
STAND BY
Leave Stored Hours
To leave the stored hours in memory press SET
LAMP again.
The display shows:
NO STORE
and then automatically
STAND BY
