• When installing the front fork assembly, align the upper sur-
face

D of the inner tube with the surface

E of the steering
upper bracket.
• Tighten the front fork lower clamp bolts

5 to the specified
torque.
& Front fork lower clamp bolt: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m, 16.5 lb-ft)
• Tighten the front fork cap bolt

6 to the specified torque.
& Front fork cap bolt: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m, 16.5 lb-ft)
• Tighten the front fork upper clamp bolt

7 to the specified
torque.
& Front fork upper clamp bolt: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m, 16.5 lb-ft)
• Tighten the steering stem head nut

8 to the specified torque.
& Steering stem head nut: 90 N·m (9.0 kgf-m, 65.0 lb-ft)
