Notes:
<rate> is a value between 1 and 2147483647 (2

-1). It will be the number of seconds in
between each message. If <rate> is 0, no messages will be sent.
Examples:
Calling the most recent GPS jamming/spoofing message:
$GJ @*6d
$GJ 1,23*31
Returns a spoof state of No spoofing indicated. The carrier wave jamming level is 23.
Setting the rate of GPS jamming/spoofing messages:
$GJ 3600*28
$GJ OK*29
Sets the rate of GPS jamming/spoofing messages to one message every 3600 seconds.
Querying the rate ofGPS jamming/spoofing messages:
$GJ ?*12
$GJ 10*2c
Returns a rate of one message every 10 seconds.
