$MM - Messages Received Management
Manage received messages in the device database. Has ability to return the count, mark, and
delete messages. This command is only applicable to Modems on firmware version 1.0.0+.

Return count of unread (U) or all (*) messages
D=<msgID|R|*>
Delete message ID (msgID), all read (R), or all messages (*)
M=<msgID|*>
Mark message ID (msgID) or all messages (*) as read
N=<D|E|?>
Message notifications disabled (D), enabled (E), or query (?)
R=<msgID|O|N>
Read message ID (msgID), oldest (O), or newest (N) message
