The design of the ventilation system is
dependent on the accessories selected. The
following accessories are available:
Accessories, control technology
• Smart control panel (SC10). Smart con-
trol panel with Exxact frame.
• Smart control panel (SC11). Smart con-
trol panel with Jussi frame.
• Automatic humidity control (SRH). An
intelligent function that boosts the ventila-
tion when the moisture level increases.
• Automatic Home/Away/Boost control
(SRHCO2). The control function governs
the ventilation strength variably according
to the carbon dioxide level in the home.
• Automatic air quality control + air
humidity control (SRHVOC). The function
boosts the ventilation variably according to
the VOC level in the home.
• Boost timer (105TK). A push button
which can be installed at a desired place
and with which the Boost operating mode
can be activated.
• Humidity sensor (117KKH). The sensor
detects when the relative humidity exceeds
the preset limit value and activates the
Boost operating mode.
• Fireplace function switch (102TKC).
A push button that can be installed e.g.
beside the fireplace and with which the
fireplace function can be activated.
• Presence sensor (102LT). The sensor
detects movements in the home and in-
creases the fan speed to the Boost value.
• Carbon dioxide sensor (117HDL). The
automatic control system controls the
ventilation air flow variably according to
the carbon dioxide level in the home.
• Negative pressure compensation
(117PK2). A separate sensor (e.g. one
that senses the difference in pressure) can
transmit a signal to the controller that
compensates the air flows when negative
pressure has developed in the home while
using a cooker hood, power roof ventilator
or central vacuum cleaner.
• Supervision (DDC). Certain functions can
be controlled from an automated building
management system. A more detailed
description is given in the technical instruc-
tion manual.
• Modbus. Permits connection of the
ventilation unit to an automated building
management system.
• Home/Away switch. A switch which is
usually installed next to the front door
and starts the Away operating mode.
The switch can be a standard switch of
optional type.
