Pumpkin soup
Ingredients:
1 pumpkin
1 white onion
3 tsp of pepper
2 tbsp of salt
Half a cup of cream
Water
2 pinches of Tuscan seasoning
2 tsp of coriander
Instructions:
Step one: Firstly, remove the pumpkins skin. Then chop the pumpkin into small chunks,
which are appropriately sized for your hot pot.
Step two: Turn element onto mid range and fill with water until all the pumpkin chunks
are covered.
Step three: Let the pumpkin boil for 10 minutes, then use your stainless steel mixing
wand to massage the pumpkin pieces. Drain excess water if needed.
Step four: Add the following to your pot; half a cup of cream, salt, pepper, onion and
herbs.
Step five: Mix the ingredients finely together with mixing wand until you are satisfied with
your texture.
Serve with toasted bread, or in a bowl.
