- Lunchtime Smoothie
Ingredients
1 medium sized banana
2 scoops of low fat vanilla ice cream
1 pear cut into chunks
3-4 fresh strawberries
½ a cup of milk
Instructions:
Step one: Break the banana up so it fits into the beaker.
Step two: Add strawberries and pear chunks, followed by the ice cream.
Step three: Add milk on top.
Step four: Use stainless steel mixing wand to slowly massage all the ingredients
together, use the lowest speed 1.
Step five: gradually increase the speed until everything is combined and smooth.
Best served on a summer’s day, feel free to use your lid if you don’t finish your drink all
at once.
