Meringue
Ingredients:
1tsp white vinegar
1 cup of caster sugar
2tsp corn flour
1 tsp vanilla
4 egg whites
Instructions:
Step one: Preheat oven to 145°C (bake).
Step two: Use baking paper on tray.
Step three: Use stainless steel whisk to beat egg whites until firm.
Step four: Beat in the caster sugar gradually until egg whites and sugar are combined.
Step five: Add corn flour and vinegar; best together until firm.
Step six: Make 10 mini meringue’s (8cm round), place on baking tray.
Step seven: Lower oven to 115°C and bake for 60 minutes.
Step eight Turn oven off and remove the meringues, allow them to cool.
A great way to serve meringues is with cream and strawberries.
