Margarita
Ingredients:
Salt, for rimming the glass
Ice
50mls ounces tequila
30mls freshly squeezed lime juice
50 mls Cointreau
Instructions:
Step one: Add ice, tequila, lime juice and Cointreau to your beaker.
Step two: Shake the ingredients in the beaker with the lid on for 10 seconds. If you want
a slushy style Margarita, blitz the drink and make the ice into a slushy texture.
Step three: With a tea towel wet the rim of the cocktail glass, then put into a dish of salt.
The water will cling to the salt.
Step four: Serve in a cocktail glass with salt around the rim and garnish with some lime
on the side.
