Sundried Tomato Pesto Dip
Ingredients:
1 clove of garlic
½ cup of parsley or basil
1/4 of a red pepper
¼ cup of cashew nuts
2 Tbsp of oil
4 sundried tomatoes
Instructions:
Step one: Firstly, place garlic clove in chopper bowl. Press down Swiss mix blitz button
‘Blitz’ for 5 seconds.
Step two: Place half a cup of parsley or basil into the chopper bowl with the garlic. Turn
onto blitz again for 5 seconds.
Step three: Add the red pepper and sundried tomatoes to the chopper bowl, then blitz for
5 seconds.
Step four: Add cashews nuts and blitz for 5 seconds until ingredients go to the side of
the chopper bowl.
Step five: Lastly, add oil and serve with crackers and cheese, or lightly toasted French
stick.
