- Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 bananas
½ cup of mixed berries
2 kiwi fruit
½ cup of blackcurrant juice or ½ a cup of milk
Instructions:
Step one: Add bananas, mixed berries and kiwi fruit to your beaker (chop to fit into
beaker).
Step two: Add blackcurrant juice or milk to the mix.
Step three: Use the stainless steel mixing wand on speed one, moving up to speed
three. Massage all ingredients thoroughly together for 20 seconds until everything is a
nice and smooth texture.
Best served in the morning before work, or have it for lunch at work.
