Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cups milk
2 eggs (whisked)
1/3 cup butter melted
2tbsp sugar
2tspn baking powder
1/2tspn salt
Instructions:
Step one: Use your stainless steel whisk to beat the eggs for about 40 seconds on the
appropriate speed needed.
Step two: To a large sized bowl add the following; flour, beaten eggs, the melted butter,
sugar, baking powder and salt.
Step three: Mix ingredients together well.
Step four: Turn element onto mid range heat, with a little bit of butter in your frying pan,
so it doesn’t stick.
Step five: Pour some of the pancake mixture into the frying pan. A good size is 1/3 of a
cup per pancake.
Step six: when the pancake starts to bubble and it is golden on the bottom, flip to the
other side for approx 1 or 2 minutes then remove from the pan. Pancakes are great with
maple syrup, jam, cream or honey.
