Celebratory Sensation
Ingredients:
800ml bottle champagne
480mls frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
2 1/2 cups orange juice
2 tbsp of lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
10 ml raspberry syrup
Instructions:
Step one: This is a delicious drink to have for special occasions and during festivities.
Firstly place the strawberries into beaker.
Step two: Add juice to the beaker on top of the strawberries, and then add the raspberry
syrup.
Step three: Add sugar, then turn stainless steel mixing wand to speed one (the lowest
speed).
Step four: Massage through lightly and increase speed if needed.
Step five: When all the ingredients are smoothly mixed together, pour into a jug.
Step six: Add lemon juice and give it a good stir, then slowly add champagne or bubbles.
Note: This is a gracious drink, best served with a couple bits of ice in a champagne
glass.
