Terms and Measurements
Pulse: This is when a speed is turned on and off via the mix
button. Apply your figure to the mix button and for a second and
take it off then repeat.
Dice: This is when ingredients are finely chopped into small
cubes.
Speed gauge: On top of the ‘Swiss Mix Blitz’ there are five
speeds. The speed gauge can be controlled when the mix button is
pressed down.
Tbsp: Table spoon
Tsp: Tea spoon
Ml: Miller litres
G: Grams
Clove: One piece of garlic
Mix: This button controls the speed gauge from 1-5
Blitz: This button controls max speed
