Mark’s Marinate
Ingredients:
70ml of soy sauce
2 tsp of honey
1 tsp of salt
Grinded peppercorn (3 tea spoons)
2 tbsp of olive oil
A sprinkle of Tuscan seasoning
½ a cup of water
1 clove of garlic diced
600gms of chicken wings or diced chicken
Instructions:
Step one: Place ingredients into a large bowl, mix everything together with the stainless
steel whisk for 1 minute.
Step two: Place chicken wings or diced chicken into the bowl and let the ingredients
soak overnight, or for at least three hours in the fridge (if making kebabs, put diced
chicken into kebab sticks).
Step three: Cook chicken on the BBQ until cooking all the way through and so the
outside is crispy.
Best served as kebabs or cook the chicken wings on the BBQ.
This dish goes down a treat at BBQ’s; it will be the talk of the party.
