Chicken stuffing
Ingredients:
2 slices of brown bread
½ a onion
1 clove of garlic
2 tsp of oregano
1 tsp of sage
1 tsp of thyme
1 tsp of parsley
¼ a lemon drizzled
Instructions:
Step one: Place herbs in chopper bowl with clove of garlic
Step two: Place bread on top of herbs and garlic
Step three: Drizzle lemon on top
Step four: Pulse ingredients until everything is broken down
Step five: Press down Swiss mix blitz button ‘Blitz’ for 10 seconds. Check texture is
correct, then take stuffing out of chopper bowl and stuff your chicken.
Note: Roast chicken holds onto more flavour in a cooking bag, you can buy these
cooking bags from the supermarket.
