The Green Mojito
Ingredients:
30mls of white rum
1omls lime juice
2 tsp sugar
3 mint sprigs
Soda water
½ cup of ice
Instructions:
Step one: Add mint and sugar to beaker with 4 tbsp of soda water. Leave together until
you can smell the delicious mint.
Step two: Squeeze lime into beaker, add rum and half a cup of ice, shake with the lid on.
Step three: When serving top the cocktail glass of with soda water and garnish with mint.
Serves: 1
