Thermo Sensor
Remove the thermo unit.
Hang the thermo unit in an oil heater, heat the oil
and measure the resistance at each temperature.

Caution
 Wear gloves and goggles when performing
this test.
Caution
 Engine oil should be used as a heating
medium as the test temperature must be
higher than 100℃.
 Contacting the container wall by the
thermometer and the thermo unit may result in
wrong readings.
Water Temperature Meter
Disconnect the thermo sensor coupler and
connect it to engine ground.
Turn on the main switch.
The needle of the water temperature meter should
move to other end, H position.
Caution
 Do not ground the water temperature more
than 5 seconds, or the meter will be damaged.
