5. When mounting the p250, you can choose to fasten from below, into the mounting surface, into the
laser’s mounting brackets. See the gure below.
Assemble three spherical washer sets as shown in Detail in the following drawing. These hole locations
should correspond to the threaded holes labeled “M”, for metric, or “S”, for standard. Insert the appropriate
fasteners through the mounting surface and spherical washers into the threaded holes in the mounting
brackets. Evenly tighten all three fasteners.

When mounting the Pulstar laser, use only one metric or SAE fastener per mounting tab
on the baseplate. Do not use any type of jackscrew arrangement as this will twist the
baseplate and may distort the tube. Refer to the mounting drawings in the Technical
Reference chapter in the Pulstar p250 Operation Manual.
