SECTION 5 CALIBRATE
1) Turn off the power if you are using the scale.
2) Press TARE key during selfchecking(power on).
3) Display shows “F0 CAP”, use TARE key to select the calibration mode, then
the display will show “F8 CAl”.
4) Press ZERO key to enter calibrate, display shows “UnlD”
5) Empty the hook, after Hold indicator on, press ZERO key to sure, after some
seconds, zero calibrate completely.
6) After zero calibrate, display shows span calibrate mass weight, you can
change this weight, (use HOLD key to move the active digit, use TARE key
to increment a digit), after input calibrate mass weight, press ZERO key to
sure, display show “LOAD”, add calibrate mass on hook, after Hold indicator
on, press ZERO key again, please wait some seconds, span calibrate
completely.
If the calibration is acceptable the display will return to normal. If an error
message is shown try calibration again as a disturbance may have prevented a
successful calibration.
If the problem persist then contact Taiwan scale or your dealer.
After calibration the scale should be checked to verify the calibration and linearity
is correct. If necessary repeat calibration, especially be certain the scale is
stable before accepting any weight.
