Selecting a Channel
After you have set up a number of channels, you need to specify the one that
the base station will actually operate on.
1. Select Configure > Base Station > General.
2. In the Default channel box, choose a channel from the drop-down list.
This is the channel that the base station will operate on, unless it uses exter-
nal channel selection or a Task Manager action
changes channel or makes a
different channel the default.
Note: After you change channel or re-configure channels, the base
station may not start operating on the correct channel while still in
Standby mode. Change to Run mode, and it will operate on the
correct channel as configured.
