About the chargers
Unless otherwise indicated, the charging advice and
instructions in this document apply to all chargers.
The following chargers are available for your Tait
radios and batteries:
Chargers for intrinsically safe (IS) and non-
incendive (NI) batteries contain circuitry for the
protection of IS/NI batteries. These chargers
are marked with an IS circle logo
.
IS/NI radios are also marked with an IS circle
logo .
IS/NI batteries are identified on their labels.
IS/NI batteries can only be charged in the chargers for
IS/NI batteries. However, all chargers can charge
non-IS/NI batteries.
