FOR THE PLUMBER
PLEASE NOTE this water heater is supplied factory set at 50 °C outlet hot water temperature to comply with
the requirements of AS 3498.2009.
If the water heater is not preset to 50 °C, tempering valve is required.
Please follow all the installaon instrucons in the Installaon and operang instrucons handbook and the
following addional instrucons for the water heater outlet connecon.
1. When connecng the hot water supply to the xtures
in the property a minimum of 1.4 metres of pipe-
work must be used between the outlet of the water
heater and the rst tap and outlet. See Diagram to the
right.
2. The Hot water line should be insulated with Ensolex or
similar pipe insulaon.
3. When the installaon is completed the temperature is
to be tested at the taps to conrm the water tempera-
ture does not exceed the required 50°C seng.
