1. Is the attachment within the interference pre-
vention area
When the boom cannot be raised or the left offset
cannot be operated at all, check whether the
attachment is within the interference prevention
area.

If the attachment is within the interference pre-
vention area, set the offset to the right and move
the attachment out of that area.
