If your Tapco Radio isn't getting power, first, ensure the battery isn't low or dead by recharging or replacing it and reconnecting. Also, check the solar panel for adequate input and replace it if necessary. Verify the circuit continuity and fuses/circuit breaker, and tighten terminal connections or replace the fuse as needed.

What to do if Tapco Radios don’t communicate?
    • M
      Mr. Chad LoweryAug 20, 2025
If Tapco Radios aren't communicating, ensure they are at least six feet apart. Reboot power to all radios and retest. In the Legacy Control Menu, apply Reset Legacy to restart radio network connections. Ensure all radios have the same binding code, and that it's NOT all zeros; modify as needed. Also, make sure all radios have the same frequency hopping channel value, and modify if needed.
