Sending Service Pin From LonWorks®
Gateway
USE CAUTION when accessing the
LonWorks® Gateway. HIGH VOLTAGE FUSES
ARE EXPOSED. Failure to follow this instruction
may result in severe personal injury from electrical
shock.
The Service Pin can also be sent from the
LonWorks® Gateway by pressing the service pin
button. (See Figure 40 on page 47.)
“Wink” Network Commissioning Tool
A network commissioning process tool called the
“wink” function can be initiated over the existing user
interface to identify a piece of equipment. When the
“wink” command is received through the network for
the grill, an alarm will sound at maximum volume for
two seconds.
