f. Turn the Fan Interlock Switch to the “ON”
position.
g. While “OFF” is displayed, press the key
and enter the Service Menu passcode.
h. Press the key until “SOFTWARE
VERSIONS” is displayed.
i. Press the key until the display flashes
“Software Versions on PGM Module Chip X”.
j. Press the key to start the download.
k. If the key was pressed while the display
flashed “Software Versions on PGM Module Chip
1”, the display will show a count-up sequence.
If the key was pressed while the display
flashed “Software Versions on PGM Module Chip
2”, the display will go blank for one or two
minutes while the software is loaded. The other
displays will remain on. DO NOT TURN THE
INTERLOCK SWITCH OFF.
l. When the software download is complete, “OFF”
will be displayed.
m. Turn the Fan Interlock Switch to the “OFF”
position.
n. Remove the program module and secure the
access door on the control.
o. Swing the lower front panel up and secure it.
Step 3
Re-program the control, using the previously
recorded settings.
a. After entering the gap settings, make sure to
save and auto-level the platens.
b. Verify the temperature and gap settings.
Step 4
Program the correct date and time.
